Hotstar has rejected the grievance complaint against the series streaming on its platform. People have accused the makers of glorifying Islamic invader Babur. It is said that the grievance officer (appointed under Information Technology (Guidelines for intermediaries and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021) has rejected the complaint stating that the series doesn't glorify Babur.
